  • Embedded Communication in Workflows:
    • Tryouts:
      • Compose messages to recipient groups from the Summary tab.
      • Automated messages for accepted, rejected, and waitlisted players.
      • Message individual pools from the Pools tab.
      • Email contacts for individual player submissions from the Players tab.
    • Program Registration:
      • Email pool submissions from the Pools tab.
      • Send system-configured emails with invoice links from the Players tab.
      • Notifications tab allows configuring daily summary or real-time emails for new form submissions to selected club groups/staff.
    • Team Invite (Competitive) Registration:
      • Message all registered or unregistered player contacts from the Summary tab.
      • Customize registration invite messages and set reminder frequency in the Messaging tab.
      • Re-invite unregistered players to resend registration invites.
    • Custom Invoice:
      • Enable automatic periodic reminders for unpaid invoices.
      • Manually send reminders for unpaid custom invoices.
    • Data Collector:
      • Announce (email player contacts and enable mobile app link).
      • Send reminders (email to those who haven't completed).
    • Evaluations and Surveys:
      • Club Survey: Announce (email), Send Reminder (to non-submitters).
      • Coach Evaluation: Announce (email), Send Reminder (to non-submitters).

    • Practice Scheduling:
      • Send Byga Messages to team members participating in a set of practices, with flexible recipient selection based on fields, days, and team roles.
    • Game Field Reservations:
      • Message team members with reserved fields for home games, with flexible recipient selection.
      • Message users who reserved a field (team staff).
    • Competitions:
      • Message team members participating in a competition (team staff as recipients).
      • Message coaches participating in a competition.
    • DOC Dashboard:
      • Message team staff and players participating in a tournament.
      • Message coaches available to cover an event (those without conflicts).
    • Team Directory:
      • Message team members participating in a tournament.
    • Team Page:
      • Message selected team members (one or multi-select teams).
      • Chat tab for read-only team chat stream.
    • Group Page:
      • Message group members.
    • Coach / Manager Directory:
      • Message selected coaches or managers.
  • Miscellaneous Settings and Permissions:
    • Users can control individual chat room notifications, device settings for mobile notifications, and system email preferences.
    • Clubs define messaging permissions:
      • Club-wide permissions for sending messages to groups, roles, and teams.
      • Permissions for sending messages to team staff and team contacts.
      • Ability to manage email templates.
      • Ability to schedule email messages for later (New in 1Q2025).
      • Settings for club email addresses and player/system event notifications.
    • Byga Admin can contact Byga Support to enable club chat, SMS notifications, and exceptions for large teams/groups.
