• Purpose: Byga assists teams and players with college recruiting by providing tools to create and manage Team Recruiting Brochures and Player Recruiting Profiles.
• Team Recruiting Brochures:
  • Available for teams U14 and older.
  • Managed from the "Team Recruiting" tab.
  • Settings:
    • General: Update brochure name and team name.
    • Players: Select which players to include and view their profile status.
    • Staff): Customize coaching staff displayed.
    • Logo/Photos: Add team photos and uniform photos, and override the club's default logo for the brochure.
    • Analytics: Track daily unique views and optionally request contact information from non-logged-in users.
  • Share: Generate a shareable link or QR Code for the brochure.
  • Print:
    • "Default Byga Template": Two-page foldable template with roster and summary, can include college commitments. (up to 27 players; individual games can be removed from print version).
    • "Default Template with contact info": Same as default but includes uncommitted player contact information (email or phone).
    • "Team QR Code Card": Cards with QR codes for the online brochure.
  • View Logs: If analytics are enabled, view daily unique views and collected user information (organization, name, email, role).
• Player Recruiting Profiles:
  • Available for players 14 and older.
  • Managed within the "Player Profile" tab under "College Recruiting Profile."
  • Public Link: Provides a shareable link and QR code for the profile.
  • Live/Draft Status: Control whether the profile is public or not.
  • Sections/Tabs for Editing:
    • General: Basic player information, contact details (editable by primary contacts).
    • Soccer: Sport-specific details like position, dominant foot, committed college, and accomplishments.
    • Academic: Graduation year, school, GPA, SAT/ACT scores, honors, and accomplishments.
    • Videos: Add highlight videos (supports YouTube, Vimeo, Hudl, and Trace links).
    • Photos: Add a player profile photo and banner image (overrides defaults).
    • Delete: Option to permanently delete a player recruiting profile.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Permissions: Access to recruiting features is managed via roles and permissions in General Settings.
  • Sport-Specific Positions: Brochures may use broader position categories than internal rosters. Women's player profiles do not include weight. Specific positions are listed for Soccer, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Hockey, Water Polo, Basketball, and Field Hockey.
