- Purpose: The Byga Consolidated Financial Center provides club administrators with a unified view of all payments and payouts from various Byga transactions (registrations, custom invoices, forms, tryouts).
- Overview (Section 1):
- Summary Tab (2.1): Offers a comprehensive overview of payment activity, including date range selection, total payments, refunds, total due, quick access warnings (e.g., failed payments, open disputes, un-paid out processing accounts), payment graphs, and payments by purpose.
- Payment Type Filter (2.2): Allows filtering payments by "All Payments," "Failed Payments," "Refunded Payments," "Disputed Payments," and "Pending Payments."
- Date Filters (2.3): Provides various date filters (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30 Days, This/Last Month/Year, All Time, Custom Range) for payments and payouts.
- Download (2.4): Enables exporting data to a .csv format for analysis or import into accounting systems.
- Payments (Section 2):
- Displays detailed information for each transaction (Date, Type, Name, Email, Purpose, Method, Source, Account, Amount, Fee, Net, Paid Out status, Invoice, Invoice Status).
- Refunded Payments (2.1): Groups refunds with their original payments for reconciliation.

- Dedicated tab to view all refund transactions, including a link to the related invoice.
- New in 1Q2024: Includes a "Refund Category" column for filtering and reporting.
- Disputes (Section 5):
- Dedicated tab to view all disputed payments, with their status (Open, Won, Lost) and a link to the related invoice.

- Provides a detailed view of individual items that make up an invoice (Date, Invoice ID, Status, Player ID/Name, User Name/Email, Team Name, Purpose, Category (new in 1Q2024), Type, Amount, Description, Paid/Used percentage).
- TeamCFO (Section 7):
- Summarizes team invoices created in the Planning tab of teams.
- Invoice Management (Section 8):
- Byga provides capabilities to manage invoices, which are documented separately in the "Byga Invoice Management Module" document.

- Notification Settings (9.1): Configures email summaries for failed and disputed payments.
- Category Settings (9.2 - New in 1Q2024): Used to define Adjustment and Refund Categories (accounting codes).
- Advanced Settings (9.3): Defines the default statement descriptor prefix.
- Bank Accounts (9.4 - New in 3Q2024): Bank account setup and access moved to the Financial Center from Club Settings, allowing management of various payment processing accounts.
