• Access: Users with "Manage Website" permission can access the Site Builder from the Admin tab or "Tools → Site Builder" in the main menu.
• Website Creation:
  • Start by clicking "Create Website."
  • Select from various predefined, sport-focused template designs (e.g., Byga Soccer 1, 2, 3).
  • Provide an internal identifier (name) for the website instance.
• Customizing Website:
  • Once created, options include adding/removing users who can edit the website, renaming, deleting, and customizing the site.
• FAQ and Support: Access the Website Builder FAQ by clicking the "?" icon on the website preview.
• Advanced: Connected Byga Data (New in 1Q2024):
  • The Site Builder can integrate data directly from the club's Byga Club Management Platform.
  • Supported data types for connection include: Team Roles users (from specified Team Groups), Facility information, Programs, and Tryouts.
  • Enabling connected data adds "Edit website data" and "Refresh website data" options to the site management menu.
  • Specific datasets (e.g., Facilities, Programs, Competitive Coaches) can be selected for availability on the website.
• Pricing, Licensing, and Live Activation:
  • The Site Builder is an optional, separately priced tool.
  • An e-commerce store is an optional add-on for an incremental price.
  • Limited support for additional website templates is available on a per-time basis.
  • Clubs are responsible for supplying their domain name.
  • Publishing the site for the first time involves an opt-in charge to the club.
• Permissions:
  • Website Editors: Have permissions to update existing content (e.g., statistics, site comments, content editing, content library, blog, AI Assistant, publish/republish site after initial publish).
  • Users with "Manage Websites" permission (Club's webmaster): Have full editing capabilities (add/manage widgets, pages, popups, design, site settings), manage/edit connected data, create/manage dynamic pages, manage free apps, site personalization, SEO configuration, developer mode, connect domain (New in 1Q2025), site backups, and reset site.
