• Purpose: The Byga DOC Dashboard consolidates competition and practice information for all club teams for Directors of Coaching (DOCs).
• Access: The "View DOC Dashboard" permission is required and found in the Club section of permissions.
• Dashboard Sections:
  • 1.1 League Standings and Schedule: Displays standings grouped by competition.
  • 1.2 Upcoming and Recent Tournaments: Shows upcoming tournaments (left) and past tournaments (right).
  • 1.3 Matches: Provides a weekly schedule of upcoming games or past results.
    • Sorting Options: By team, coach, home field, match day, and by competition.
    • Home Field Filter Enhancement: Can include tournament games if the field reservation system is used and enabled for the tournament.
    • Filtering: Can filter by all teams or specific Team Groups.
    • Game Results: Color-coded (green for win, pink for loss, gray for draw, white for pending/no score, with extra scores (e.g., penalties) when provided.
    • Match Actions: Set final scores, link to game details, change time zone for individual events.
    • 1.3.1 Find Conflicts: Summarizes potential conflicts (e.g., coaching conflicts, unscheduled games, no location, overlapping games, travel time issues) for each week. Clicking on a conflict type reviews the details.
    • 1.3.2 Find Coverage: Allows DOCs to find available coaches to cover an event, intelligently ranking coaches based on criteria. It can be accessed from the "Find Conflicts" screen or directly from an event's menu. Search parameters can be modified (e.g., additional team group coaches, travel time padding).
  • 1.4 Practices: Shows a per-week summary of club practices, detailing cancellations, custom events, and breakdowns by team, coach, and field.
• General: The dashboard can be filtered to see all teams or filter by specific Team Groups.
