Byga Assist is an AI-powered tool integrated into Byga’s Tryouts Manager and Evaluations to streamline the evaluation process and enhance decision-making.
You can now use voice dictation while evaluating a player.
To use this feature, please ensure you have a text box built into your evaluation form and:
1. Select a player to evaluate.
2. Use the voice dictation option to record your notes.
3. After recording, your spoken feedback will be transcribed into the text box.
After recording a note, your text will populate in the applicable text box. From there, Byga Assist can proofread and recommend improvements. You can choose to accept the changes or revert to the original transcript.
Byga Assist is also available on the web application in the tryouts manager.
To access AI-generated summaries in the web application:
1. Go to your tryout and click the "Players" tab.
2. Use the filter to show only players with enough evaluation data for AI summaries.
3. Click the three lines (menu icon) on the top-right corner of a player card.
4. Select "AI Analysis".
Byga Assist will give a summary of the player based on past evaluations, even providing a team recommendation.
You can also use this feature to analyze players based on tryout pools.
To use this feature:
1. Select the pool you want to analyze.
2. Byga Assist will generate summaries, performance ratings, and team recommendations for the top-rated players based on their evaluation history.
